Certificates

Achievement certificates, completion certificates, appreciation certificates, MoUs, policy certificates — printed with the gravity the moment deserves.

• Sizes: A4 (210×297 mm) standard, A3 for ceremony / framing
• Stock: 250–300 GSM textured / cotton paper, parchment finish, ivory or cream tone
• Print: offset for runs over 100, digital for personalised batches Variable printing: send us the recipient list as Excel and we’ll print each name, date, and certificate number on its own sheet — perfect for training programs, year-end awards, course completion.

Files and Folders

The folder you hand to a client at a meeting, fill with the proposal, and never get back. We make ones worth keeping.

Types:

• Presentation folders — A4 with pocket(s), holds 25–50 pages

• Spring Files / Office Files — Regular office files

• Form file folders — for application forms, document submissions, hospital files, school files

• Two-pocket folders — separate pockets for proposal and supporting docs

• Box files / lever-arch files — for office archival

• Plastic / PP folders — water-resistant, for outdoor sales teams

• Stock: 300–400 GSM art card with matte/gloss lamination

• Pockets: single, dual, triangular, expanding gusset (for thicker contents)

• Slots: business card slot inside, CD/DVD pocket, custom die-cut slits for inserts

• Customisation: logo embossed on cover, foil-stamped name, full-bleed branded artwork, perforated business-card insert

• Sizes: A4 standard (most common), A5 for compact kits, custom legal size

Menu Cards

For restaurants, cafés, cloud kitchens, food trucks, and tiffin services. We print menus that survive monsoon spills and look good after a year.

Formats:

• Single-card menu — A4 or A5, laminated both sides
• Bi-fold / tri-fold menu — A4 folded, fits in a chair-side display
• Booklet menu — saddle-stitched, 8/12/16 pages for full-service restaurants
• Tabletop standees — double-sided A5/A4 with acrylic stand
• Window-display menus — A3 for shop fronts
• Take-away menus — A5 with delivery details, perforated coupons
• Daily-special inserts — single-page A5, swappable in main menu pocket

Stock & finish:

• 300 GSM art card with double-side matte/gloss lamination — standard
• Soft-touch lamination — premium feel for fine dining

Customisation: food photography, regional language pairing (English + Marathi/Hindi), allergen icons, vegetarian/jain icons, FSSAI license number footer, QR code linking to digital menu.

Lanyards and Holders

For staff, students, contractors, and event attendees.

Lanyards — 12mm, 16mm, 20mm widths. Polyester or satin. Full-colour print. Safety breakaway clip included.

Holders — Retractable badge holders, transparent holders, PVC holders, and many more options for different requirements.

ID Cards — Send us a ready-to-print file and we’ll print each card individually.

Common questions

Do you handle the design or just printing? Both. For complex designs (custom multi-page corporate stationery sets), we charge a one-time design fee that’s adjusted against the print order.

Can you print individually personalised items? (each certificate or ID card with a unique name) Yes — variable digital printing supports unique names, photos, IDs, departments per piece.

How early should I order Diwali / year-end corporate gifting? Start in September for Diwali (Oct/Nov delivery). Corporate gifting orders book out fast — reach out early.

Print colour disclaimer

The final print colour may differ from what you see on a phone or laptop screen. Screens display colours in RGB; print uses CMYK inks on paper. We always recommend approving a physical proof for colour-critical work.
