Wedding & Event Cards

Invitations, menu cards • 300 GSM, gold foil, embossing

Wedding invitations, menu cards, RSVP sets, save-the-dates — premium 300 GSM card stock with gold foil stamping, embossing, and die-cut options.

A wedding card is the first thing a guest sees of your wedding — months before the mehendi, the haldi, or the reception. We treat every set like an heirloom, because that’s how families keep them.

Perfect for

  • Hindu weddings — full multi-card sets with Ganesh card, main invite, reception card, RSVP, return-gift card
  • Muslim weddings — nikah, walima, mehendi cards with separate inserts
  • Christian and Catholic weddings — engagement, ceremony, reception
  • Engagements, mehendis, sangeets, baby showers, mundans, threading ceremonies
  • Corporate galas, anniversary parties, milestone birthdays

Wedding card timeline

Plan backwards from your event date. We recommend:

  • 8–10 weeks before: finalise design, family names, venue details
  • 6–8 weeks before: approve proof, place order
  • 4–5 weeks before: cards arrive at your home
  • 3–4 weeks before: start hand-distributing to family and close friends
  • 2–3 weeks before: post local cards and courier outstation cards

For destination weddings or NRI guests, give an extra 2 weeks for international courier.

Common questions

Can you handle the entire family list — printing names on each envelope? Yes. Send us the guest list as an Excel file (one column per address line) and we’ll print directly on envelopes. Saves hours of handwriting.

Do you stuff and seal the envelopes? Standard service is delivery flat-packed with a sample assembly. Stuffing and sealing is a paid add-on (typically ₹2–4 per envelope depending on number of inserts).

How early should I order? Minimum 3 weeks for simple cards, 4–6 weeks for foil/embossed work. Less notice possible during off-season — wedding season (Oct–Feb, May–Jun) books out fast.

Can I see a physical sample before ordering 200+? Yes. We’ll print 1 sample card after digital proof approval — chargeable, adjustable against the final order.

Do you do digital wedding invites too? Yes — animated digital invites for WhatsApp groups, e-RSVP forms, and printable PDFs. Often paired with physical cards for a hybrid spread.
